may modify this Policy at any time, in our sole discretion and all modifications

will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on our

When you come to our website (www.lakeargyle.com) we may collect certain

information such as browser type, operating system, website visited

immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an

aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can

improve our service.

We may from time to time use cookies on our website. Cookies are very small

files which a website uses to identify you when you come back to the site and

to store details about your use of the site. Cookies are not malicious programs

that access or damage your computer. Most web browsers automatically

browser settings. However, this may prevent you from taking full advantage of

our website.

help us provide a better website visitor experience. In addition, cookies may

Refund Policy:

1.1 Please refer to cancellation Policy.

1.2 All other refunds are at management discretion

 

Terms & Conditions:

1.1 Lake Argyle is pet friendly except if you are staying in the Lake View Villas or Grand Villas. If staying in one of our other accommodation options, we do require that pets be kept outside on a lead at all times and are not permitted inside the rooms. The owner is at all times responsible and fully liable for any damages or claims arising from my pets actions whether you are in control or not in control of your pet. An additional cleaning fee may apply if evidence suggests that pets have been inside the rooms. Registration of your pet and a $100 bond is payable at check-in and if management deems that your pet is creating a disturbance, is a discomfort to other guests or not complying with our pet rules provided upon check in then you may be asked to leave the premises and your bond with be forfeited. Pet deposits will not be refunded until Housekeeping has checked your room and approved refund. Please note that if damage that we see to be in excess of your deposit, additional charges may apply.

1.2 Any missing items, damage and/or extraordinary cleaning of the accommodation and/or surrounding facilities as a result of guest/or guests visitors actions will incur a fee, charged to the credit card on file.

1.3 Quiet time is between 9pm and 7am WST (Western Standard Time). If you are seen to be creating a nuisance outside of these hours you may be asked to leave the premises, without refunds for all service bookings. Additional charges may apply if your actions create discomfort for other guests who may be refunded.

1.4 Early departures may not be refunded.

1.5 Smoking is not permitted inside any of our accommodation. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if evidence suggests that smoking has occurred inside rooms.
