Gourmet Camp Oven Experience

Experience the ambiance of a Kimberley evening on the banks of Lake Argyle’s beautiful Spillway – the perfect setting which allows for a scenic and refreshing swim* before dinner is served. *Weather dependent.

Often at this time of day, rock wallabies come out of their caves and are a marvel to see up close!

Your gourmet dinner consists of 3 courses:

Entree
Enjoy a potato rosti and local-caught barramundi stack cooked on the grill. Served with cherry tomatoes and a balsamic & honey drizzle.

Main
Crispy-skinned pork belly slowly cooked in the camp oven served with a basil & onion infused damper and the must try Kimberley salad (boab, kapok*, chia, baby spinach and Kununurra lime). *Season dependent.

Dessert
The specialty dessert is cooked in a way that few have ever experienced. Cooked only by the sun’s rays, the eco-friendly sun-oven gives the perfect flavour and consistency to your slowly cooked fruit cake. Served with vanilla whipped cream and salted-caramel sauce.

Dinner is served with a complimentary Matso’s alcohol ginger beer and live music is played throughout the main course.

BYO alcohol is welcome.

Return transfers from Lake Argyle Resort are INCLUDED!
